Niutik Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "T&C") govern the use of the website, mobile applications, and any other service offered by Niutik (collectively, the "Services") by users (hereinafter, the "Users").
Acceptance of the T&C
By accessing or using the Services, the User expressly accepts these T&C. If the User does not agree with these T&C, they should not use the Services.
Account Registration
1.1 Account Creation:
To use some of the Services, the User must create an account and provide certain personal information, such as their full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, postal address, and, if they are an artist or promoter, a tax identification number (TIN) or a personal identification number (PIN). The User is responsible for the accuracy, updating, and truthfulness of the information provided. Niutik reserves the right to verify the information provided by the User and, if it is found to be false or incomplete, may suspend or cancel the User's account.
1.2 Account Security:
The User is responsible for the security of their account and all activities conducted through it. The User must keep their password confidential and not share it with anyone. The User must immediately notify Niutik of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach.
1.3 Account Suspension or Cancellation:
Niutik reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User's account at any time and without prior notice if it believes the User has violated any of these T&C or engaged in any activity deemed illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to Niutik or third parties.
Ticket Purchase
2.1 Legal Capacity:
The User must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, i.e., be of legal age or have the express authorization of their parents or legal guardians. Niutik reserves the right to request any document from the User that proves their age or the authorization of their parents or legal guardians.
2.2 Accurate Information:
The User must provide accurate and complete information about the purchase, including their full name, email address, phone number, the number of tickets they wish to purchase, the event they wish to attend, the selected payment method, and, if they are an artist or promoter, the name of the event and their TIN or PIN. Niutik reserves the right to cancel the purchase if the information provided by the User is false or incomplete.
2.3 Payment:
The User must pay the total price of the purchase, including all applicable taxes and fees, using the selected payment method. Niutik is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be applied by banks or payment processors.
2.4 Purchase Confirmation:
Once the purchase is complete, the User will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details and the tickets acquired. The User should retain this email as proof of purchase.
2.5 Payment Methods:
Niutik offers a variety of secure payment methods for the User's convenience. The available payment methods may vary depending on the User's country or region.
2.6 Transaction Security:
Niutik uses the latest security technologies to protect its Users' transactions. All personal and financial information of the User is transmitted in encrypted form to ensure its security.
2.7 Returns and Refunds:
Niutik does not offer returns or refunds for tickets purchased, except in the following cases:
- Event Cancellation: In case of event cancellation by the organizer, the User is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
- Event Date or Time Change: In case of a change in the event date or time by the organizer, the User is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price or a ticket exchange for the new event date or time.
- Ticket Defect: If the ticket is defective or does not allow access to the event, the User is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
To request a refund or ticket exchange, the User must contact Niutik within 5 days from the event date. Niutik will review the request and, if it deems it justified, will proceed with the refund.
